The first option allows you to retain the most oversight to your property. We offer tenant screening to include criminal and credit background checks as well as verifying employment and previous rental history. We then present this to you. This one time fee of $75.

 

The second option also allows you an equal amount of oversight to the property with the benefit of Prestige Property Management uniquely advertising your property featuring the best aspects of the land, residence, subdivision and city. Along with advertising, we will show the property continuously until it is rented, screen as many tenants as it takes to find the perfect fit for your needs. We will present the tenant to you for the final decision. Upon approval the tenant will be put on our 16 page lease that offers you optimal protection as an owner and clear and concise guidelines for the tenant with regards to the property usage and maintenance. After your tenant moves in, we perform a move in inspection then turn the documents and funds collected to you for continued management. The one time fee for this service is $455.00. Lease renewals and inspections are available when it is time to renew with the current tenants at a reduced cost. 

 

The third option is complete management that includes all of the above services as well as Prestige Property Management collecting the monthly rents and redistributing funds to you on the 10th of each month, performing a minimum of 1 drive by per month to ensure property compliance, taking tenant calls and troubleshooting issues and situations as needed. We have a very intimate, efficient staff of office professionals, field professionals, a real estate specialist, a landscaper, and 4 maintenance superstars; all at your disposal should you wish for us to access their services to maintain your property. Complete management fee is only 8-10% of collected rents.
